Now the tougher work: Making actionable steps. No matter how minor the detail seems, success comes in baby steps. What, exactly do you need to do to make this happen? Write it down. This can also be incorporated into your business plan (don’t forget about getting that Plan B on the list, either!).

Reorganizing and re-thinking your strategy is a must for most people. What you’re doing now simply doesn’t mesh with a brand new goal. Fortunately, you can also write this step into your strategy. The final step is getting into a growth mindset, which may be easier said than done. Different approaches work for different people and it might take some experimenting.
